Syd had her surgery Wednesday and I was able to pick her up and bring her home Thursday. She has been quite sore and on pain meds. As you can see she has quite the incision and multiple sutures that she is trying to nibble on when she thinks I’m not watching! On the 3rd day she began putting a little weight on her foot and now that she is starting to feel better the real fun begins…. Keeping her from jumping on the bed and wanting to tear around is not an easy endeavour! And when I finally get her settled on a bed I got her on the floor, our cat Mio decides to snuggle up with her. When she gets her stitches out her physio begins…..
